PhonePe — transaction successful but amount not credited in receiver's account.

I had to send ₹40000 to relatives in my hometown and decided to do that through phonepe on 31st december 2019. ₹40000 has been deducted from my sbi account but the amount was not credited in the receivers account which is in axis bank. The customer service has been no help and both banks said the money is with the phonepe and they can do nothing about it. I’m totally stuck here with no help plus the phonepe customer service are rude and pathetic. This is my last hope and the money i needed to sent was for emergency purpose. Please help me as soon as possible

This is happend when i am trying to transfer money from one account to another using self transfer feature on #phonepe, 20, 000 money transfer failed but money deducted from the account. I haven't got refund. I've contacted phonepe support, they are saying issue is with the bank itself. Please help me to resolve this issue, money is urgent for me.

i am pradeept malik bearing sbi a/c no.[protected], ifsc code-sbin0012045 had send money on dt. 28/12/2019 of amount rs.19358/- to account no. [protected] of sbi same (branch) ifsc code . But money is debited from my account and not credited in party account. Kindly refund the money back to my account.
