Phoneskart — claim for return

I have ordered speria s1mobile from phoneskart.in shopping site. And payed 4499. Rupees for that mobile via paytm. After payment i had received some damaged product on aug'2019 month. I contact their customer support no in working condition & email id provided in the site is unavailable. Now i feel doubt about the genuinity of that shopping site.

sir please resolve the issue
