Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone from Speed Communication Malad [East] on 12/1/2014 bill no#13691 for Rs-6400/- in the month of December the mobile got damaged. I have called and explained about the mobile conditions and the same was picked up on 8/12/2014 by pick me door step solution with note handover to me. After that I am contentiously following up with people calling them about the exact position of the mobile .i am getting different answers but not getting the mobile back.(will call you, call after our week, insurance claim settled amount is 8400/-, will send the mobile today, still complains is pending). Please look into the matter and take action immediately. Hope and expectly the solution at the earliest Thanking You.
