We were told that the time required to repair the mobile would be one week but till today the set has not been repaired. Whenever we call the customer care they always tell us that the company have given them the insurance payment. How is that our problem? We have paid the insurance money not for you loaf about with our mobiles and keep telling us one more week till the repair is completed. You don't even have any seniors to whom we can talk.
