Pickme — Getting back the mobile phone | |||
I have handed over my costly mobile phone to pickme buddy in the month of January -2015. Till today they have not even repaired it. Waiting for somebody's approval. Think they are still in 1857's even those days wouldn't have taken so long. Its very sad to say that this is the most worst service i have seen in my life. Consider this as a kind request and please hand me the cell phone as soon as possible. I can spend money to get it repaired myself. Still there is no response from the company, eventhough they promised me to return me the phone in 7 days.
I called them but then again the same reply.
I dont need there service at all, instead need the phone back.
Admin, can you please look into this and may be i will have to file a case against them.
