With reference to above, in spite of my regular telephonic followup with the said insurance company, and in reference to to my letter dtd 18/11/2015 (copy enclosed ), I have not received my handset duly repaired.Every time i was replied that your claim has been approved and handset read y at service station and is pending to collect and deliver to you due to disbursement awaited from your headoffice. As and when i called the Insurance company i was asked to call back either after 1 week, 20 days, 30 days interval by which 7 months have passed but handset has not been delivered to me till date. I shall finally request to pl intervene in to matter seriously to get delivered my handset duly repaired under insurance cover.
