My registered no is [protected] and you have approved my mob insurance 5 mts back but still i am not getting mobile. whenever i called to customer care they give me new date. Now my mobile price is reduced 50% in market. what is the use of insurance. please see the matter and do the needful.

i gave my phone to repair 7 months back till date not got back every they tell insurance has not paid so tey cant give phone now i have to go to consumer court as last option.
