Picking nice lines and posting it against the complain won't make any difference but giving good service and removing care free attitude towards your customer will help you grow...

Lastly there is a place called consumer court which you may have heard off. So don't compel your customers to knock the court's door..

BAD or UGLY, but the fact remains that even making a small plastic bag to
providing services like we do "PICKME INDIA", it takes a herculean effort.
We may have erred at some point in the process of expansion as
infrastructure takes a little more time to come in place. We need to gauge
the market response and then scale-up the infrastructure else we will have
unnecessary flab and not last in market .
Interestingly we have been able to make our presence felt across India, but
a little over 2 -5 % error in delivery schedule has created un-due unrest in
a few of our customers.
We have made an additional effort to take care of such an incidence in
future by creating an additional post of "GREAVIENCE MANAGEMENT TEAM", This
