Dear Sir/Madam, I have handed over my mobile to you on 31st of Jan 2015. my IMEI No. is [protected] and till now i have not received the same, i had called many times for the status but every time they give some new reason. last week they told me that in one week i will get my mobile and now again you are asking for a week because you have not received the payment from insurance company. so please sir/madam, I kindly request you to give my mobile back with proper repair as soon as possible... please...
