Dear Concerned I am very disappoint with the services providing by you that your services are so pathetic in terms of Customer satisfaction & timely resolution. I had submitted my handset to your collection executive on Oct 13, 2014 & your team assure me that my mobile will be get repaired within 10-15 working days. But today, after 20 days of submission, I haven’t received any satisfactory revert from your side. Each n every time your Customer care executive made a commitment for next 5-7 days. So, Request you to Pl look into the matter with immediate effect & do your part or let me know if there is any inability from your side to fulfill your commitment.
