Dear Sir, My phone was picked for a broken screen by PickmeIndia from Bangalore on 18 Feb, 2015. The executive who picked the phone was Mr Guruprasad. They promised to return the phone in 30 working days. Its been more than 70 days and numerous calls to the customer care, they have been making the same promise of 20 more days.
