Pickrr — wrong item delivered by you, replacement of product | |||||
Dear customer service associates, With reference to the above mentioned subject, i would like to draw your kind attention that an incident occurred with me on 30/09/17. I had ordered one "32 gb ultra micro sd card of sandisk" during "the great indian festival scheme" launched by amazon.in during 21st. Sept.17 to 24th sept.17. I was ordered it on 23/09/17 midnight as the offer was going to be closed on 24/09/17. The item name was sandisk ultra microsdhc 32gb uhs-i class 10 memory card with adapter (Upto 80mbps speed) & the item was supposed to be delivered on 30/09/17 at my home address. On 30/09/17, a courier delivery boy from delhivery courier company came to my home with a parcel hanging one big bag of amazon company & amazon taping on product who had one 32 gb usb flash drive of transcend company. Though, it was a cod delivery & i was bounded to open & check my item before giving cod price. The boy had taken the money rs.420/- & returned back. When i opened & checked my item, it was not a 32 gb sandisk micro sd card, it was a 32 gb usb flashdrive (Pendrive) of transcend company which i was not expecting. Unfortunately, i came to know that i have lost my money worth rs.420/-unreasonably to pay for my parcel. I contacted to delhivery company but they said me that the shipment was sent from pickrr technologies company. I don't know how did you caught my order from amazon site, i did not contact your company that night & ever before & even i did not gone through your company website for my order. Now, i am very much frustrated in all those situation in back days & i am mentally shocked about the cheating & losses happened with me by your company pickrr technologies to availing me that kind of product. Although, i couldn't contact you before due to shortage of time. So, i am sending this mail today for your information. Now, my request is that you should look into the subject & replace my item with original 32 gb usb flash drive (Only sandisk company) not micro sd card. I have been attached some screenshots & one message which proves that the item had delivered by your company. See that the parcel is still packed & also there is no invoice provided by you.
