Pickrr — wrong order delivered

I have ordered a combo of sony wireless behind neck in ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds ×1 price =1549/- cod order id #9845. On 31st july ecomm express courier the product which i ordered online site. But when i opened the package it come up something different material a unknown brand big jack headphone single piece, which i didn't order. Now i have mail their online site several time bit not received any response at all. When i called the eccom express they told to search in google site saying pickrr... They have sent this product. I need to get my original product or else need my money back and also want to return back the pacakge which i received.
