Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — 1800w induction stove not working. the same is under warranty and customer service is not responding | |||
I have bought the induction stove online from amazon on 06.10.2017 with one year warranty. Since last 10 days the product is not working. Trying to reach the customer service team for repair of product under warranty. The response is worst and no support is being extended. They are forwarding some technician contact details and asking to talk to him directly for repair on chargeable basis Please arrange to repair the product or replace the same immediately. We have purchased gilma electronic sure safe model no : WONDER 20 on 27/01/2011, now when i entered pass word & pressed start button lock is not responding, however the lock is working normally with emergency key ie electronic mode is not working.
