Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — 2 burner glasstop stove | |||||
I bought this stove through snapdeal on 15 November 2015. It's under warranty currently. One of my burner is not working. And I am not able to identify the fault. The burner is welded to the glasstop so I cannot take it up also. I am using a gas pipeline connection and it is not possible for me to detach it from this stove and use another. Currently I am preparing food on single burner. I also called the customer care number but it is in number. Please send your engineer urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased Pigeon 2 burner stove in Jan 2016 and facing gas leak problem within a week. after several complaint to pigeon customer care one technician had came and serviced but it work only for 5 days, again facing the same issue. Please consider is complainant as priorities as it is very dangerous and kindly request for replacement atleast
