I bought induction cooktop from Flipkart on 8th may 2021. It suddenly stopped working on 20th July . I called customer care executive for registering the complaint as it was in guarantee period. But at first I never received the complaint number. So I registered complaint through email and called my nearest service centre provider . But the response I got was unsatisfactory . She told that the parts are on order and she'll send the technician when Available. After almost a week, the technician came with a lil different part therefore it didn't work out . I called the service centre provider again and even the area manager about the parts but they only said that it's on order. And now they don't even bother to inform me again . It's September going on and I suppose it's still on order according to them, as I've no info about it . Is this seriously the way they treat customers. This is betrayal . No response nothing .
