Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Kettle

My kettle of 1.5 ltr is under warranty and is not working .I have registered complain in pigeon company and they provided me service provider no [protected] who picked my kettle on 24.11.2022 evening 6 o clock near my home place and assured me to return on 26.11.2022 but now he is not even picking cal nd not replying my mes.i m duped kindly resolve my issue as I m worried for the kettle.i m being harassed
