Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — leakage of gas stove | |||
I purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove (4 br smart 311119) on 19/06-2019. After two months the gas showed leakage with fire flames belowe the burner even after the gas is switched off and so i registered a complaint at the pigeon service centre kerala. A technician came and repaired it by saying that he had cleared the leakage. On the very next day itself again the same problem occured and again i complained. But the technician came only after my four to five request and that too after one month. The same technician came and cleared the leakage and told me that and if again the same complaint is shown he will change the necessary parts. When he left the same complained again occured and i again complained but even after several requests he came and replaced some parts of it. After a few days again the leakage is found and we can see fire flames under the stove in two areas. Once again i complained but till this date nobody came even after my several demands. We are residing in a flat and having two kids also. Hence it is highly risky to live here with such a leakaged stove, no doubt it is a manufacturing defect and it is so essential to replace the stove with a new one. Hence, it is requested to please arrange service engineer to rectify the problem at the earliest.
The power supply is coming to Chimney, but chimney blower is not running due to which chimney is not working.
