Why dont you just close your company when you can't have or hire some responsible people. Your products are pathetic and on top of that your resolution channel is bogus and messy. CC number is never answered. Emails have fixed replies. Distributor does not pick calls. Chopper being delivered via Amazon is broken, first use and the thread is gone.
