Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — mixer grinder dyna 2l

I bought a mixer grinder on 05/10/2019 its not even two months not working properly. I raised a complaint through stovekrafts customer service through whats app through email. No one is responding it's been 20days and no one is responding.

My induction not working, and I just open it brand new...Plz resolve it quickly...I have purchased it from Amazon and my induction in under warranty. And I just open the box for used today and it will not work...Plz take it seriously
