Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — No Service

I purchased Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W, Induction Cooktop on 3/Feb/2021 from flipkart site and stopped working after just 2 months. I put a compaint on 14th April- Call Registered No is :1763080. Till 20th April no one visited to fix it and then lockdown started in Pune. Now its around 2 months and I am following up with them to fix my cooktop.
1. They are not responding to my email requesting to extend my waranty for 2 months.
2. Though the lockdown is now over, people started moving, still there is no engineer visit, they are expecting me to remind them every time, which i am doing.
3. The ticket seems closed without informing me and there is no new ticket.
