Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Pigeon Kettle 1.7ltr / Pigeon Quartz Kettle 14299

Dear Concern, i have purchased above mentioned product from Amazon services in the month of March 21 and with in usage of one month, it stopped working, i have trying to reach all the customer care numbers and toll free numbers provided in website but none of the numbers got connected.
atlast after browsing internet got customer care email address and on 22nd June 21 have sent detailed mail regarding substandard product and they have confirmed thru return email exchange of product and till now same is not been delivered.
Whenever escalated they message that waiting for approval from HO and we will inform delivery.
Its been almost 1 year and till now product is not been delivered.

One of the worst product and customer service have come across and i am raising this complaint for resolution of the same.
