Service problem I have a pigeon Electric Chopper purchase in November 2014 from Jamshedpur, I left that state and staying in Rudrapur Uttrakahnd, My chopper is not working due to some problem in their machinery, i contact to customer care they gives the detail of customer service center of Haldwani, i contact to him and give my product to him, After 15 days the he call me and says the parts which is required is not available so you take your product it is not repairable. After that i call area service incharge Mr. Ashish KUmar, they says your product is serviced within three days but till now my product is at service center and its 2 month over. i also mail to pigeon service but they do not give any response, Very poor service of pigeon can anyone able to take any action.
