Pinnacle Financial Services — Useless stock tips, fraud promises in written on mail and phone

DEAR FRIENDS,
Don't take any kind of services from pinnacle financial as they are Cheaters. It's nothing but a fake company giving crap calls . Many people have been cheated by this fraud company and I am one of them. I paid them 60000/- for three months subscription after falling prey to their false commitments(I HAVE THE BILL)...They give calls which are not at all profitable and end up in losses. I have saved all their calls with stop losses hit.
The employees of this company are fraud...They blackmail people after getting their subscription fees...The chairperson of this fake company is ABHISHEAK PATEL and this company is registered with SEBI so all those people who have been cheated by them can join me in exposing these fraudsters so that they can't cheat any other innocent..Also you can file a complaint against them with " SCORES.gov.in" ...MY EMAIL ID [protected]@gmail.com

I do not agree with you i am making good profit with these guys no wonder creep like you can do this to hamper someone's image.
It been 3 months i m trading with Pinnacle in both cash and F/o so far it is good. True that there were some problems at the mainspring because of the quick text msg where i was not able to place bids with my broker but with my request to Mr Kushwaha high lighting my issue they start provided me calls on Yahoo msgner and ever since thing are good i still miss on it sum times but it works.

I am not agree with you Mr. Agarwal. I took their services and I found profitable tips. I subscribed their Stock cash pack in that they provide me 25 calls. In those calls 19 Calls got the target 4 calls hit stop loss. Anyhow at the end of the month I was in Profit of 23000/- Rs. after deducting their service charge and brokerage.

I am very much satisfied by their services.

Uselees Stock Tips:

I took a 6 month Service from Pinnacle Financial Pvt Ltd, Indore for
the Intraday & Option Stock Tips after using a two-Month and made the
payments for Six month package.A tip in which i booked a huge loss.. And after 60 Days Services, when i already went into the losses of Rs 55000/-, they just
stop giving the tips over the phone and few days continue to give
through messages, that too when i used to call them regularly in morning
for the message.

FRAUD PROMISES IN WRITTEN ON MAIL AND PHONE:

They gave in written that at the end month, their will be 20%Profit over
the overall Invested Capitals and everyday the Tips they will provide
will have a Profit Margins of 2%minimum... But it hardly shows 70P, 80P
Profits over the scrips of 500+ also.


I just posted my experience for the people to not get cheated like this
again.

i took premiums service which cost of 15000/- per month. from the begning there calls reaily worest calls and not up to the levels, initaily i paid 15000 till now they didn't sent my billing amount receipt to my mail they are doing reaily fraud and company also and i got loss 20000 till now what vill be in future what they vill make.
please take any action.

I completely agree with you these people are Thug don't know anything about the market, just rush investor money in a stock and remove their capital out so that again the prices go down.

My name is rajesh, i am from delhi and i want to share my experience with you.

In my thought they just made money by misguiding people and playing with there emotions.

I start with them in march 15, i got profit of around 25000 in first month, after that they ask me to join 6 month plan so i can get better profit then this and they ask me to pay 120000 as fee, my first experience is good with them so i trust on there promises and pay 65000 as advance for next 6 month.

The story begin from there after paying 65000, every time they give a wrong call and promise me that loss will recovered in next trade.i have lost my 80000 on there advise in 1 to 2 month.

when i ask them to refund my advance they told me it not refundable.

My name is Aditya, Odisha, my mobile no is ([protected]) This company is totally fraud.. research quality is less than zero. all the members ( Gopinath, Abhinab, Madhuri & others), are also fraud. all has zero quality. two time i have given 5000 +6000) as service charge but service is zero, within two days my demat account become 0.

Dear friends...I talked to sebi officials regarding the fraud services by Pinnecle and they told me to register the complaint with SCORES with all the bills as proof. We can also dispatch the written complaint (with all proofs attached ), to SEBI office .My dear friends its the only way to expose these people and sebi officials assured me that their licence could be cancelled and our money could be refunded, if we lodge complaints against them. So its necessary to come forward and register your complaint with SCORES. Do note the registration number you get after registering complaint with SCORES for knowing the status of your complaint.

Mr.Arun from this company has called me to pay Rs.5000.00 as registration.I have given offer that, I will work or even I will give authorization to my de mat account.What ever profit you will book, I will give 20% at the month end.We can do a court agreement for this.There is no postpaid only prepaid.Why?There are no satisfied answers about all the complaints made through this forum.

I have received a call from Mr.Arun from this company.They are asking Rs.5000.00 as registration fee.I have discussed with him that, I will pay you at the month end not now.We will do a court agreement that, what ever profit I will book, I will give 20%(shares taken/sold on your advice only ) at the month end.He has told that, there is no postpaid only prepaid.They will take the money and I will followup with them.

This is Ashok and i am having the same experience from (Nikitha sharma). After the long discussion with one of the employee i got to know that the pinnacle financial services is giving recommendation to 50 % customers buy call and 50% customers sell call, . One persons target is other person SL and vise versa.

Customers please check their old messages and track record (from pinnacle website) you will get the reality.

Whoever is supporting Pinnacle services are nothing but pinnacle and their group company employees.

To Pinnacle employees and Indore youth : I hope you know better than others about Pinnacle services. Customers are talking like anything about you and your family members and you are accepting everything for salary. But your management is doing all kind of fraud and earning too much money. But you are getting biscuits from your management and blessing from the customers. Think your self twice.

To Pinnacle Management: Please think twice or more. You don't think that this fraud money will affect your family and kids. You can earn lot of money from genuine work that will help your family for good blessing life. Dont make your employees as fraud. Once they became fraud then they will do all frauds against to you. (Eg. The person told me about 50% buy calls and 50% sell call).

TO others : please don't shut employees and their family members, They are doing this for very small money to survival of their life. We are also responsible for this fraud (as we paid the money to fraud for earning big money).

Please look at this site on regular basis you will get lot interesting stuff in future about Pinnacle services Like other customers experience (emails copy, call recording and etc), types of fraud by stock advisory companies and etc for Knowledge purpose.

one of the worst service provider in India.I am advised all people who have cheated by Pinnacle Financial services Indore pls pls go through www.scores.gov.in.It is a SEBI registered coplaint cell.Do not let them go so easily.They have taken huge amount from the public and investor losses too much amount. Mrs Deepali Dixit from SEBI looks after all the complaint regarding Pinnacle Finnacle services .her office no-[protected].She is very helpful.Mr abhishek patel from Pinnacle Financial services -customer grivences cell Head gives so much excuses in this regards..He and his company takes money from people and enjoy with his family with your money...pls makes complaint in www.scores.gov.in.You will find out solution in this matter, ...thanks
