Pizza Hut — About failed transaction refund | |||
This is vijendran, from Bangalore. I ordered for one pizza online last Sunday(8th Marth 2015) on Pizza Hut India Website. Paid for the bill of Rs 360.81 through NetBanking from my HDFC Bank Account. (Transaction ID reference BIL/[protected] /POS [protected] Yum_Restaurants_ POS DEBIT) I got the msg online that my payment has been transferred, however, soon after my screen displayed the msg "Server could not be found") . After i made once again paid for the same order[protected]POS [protected] Yum_Restaurants_ POS DEBIT ) and got the success message. My question is about the first failed transaction from PizzaHut WebSite. When can i get the refund? Was this information helpful? | |||
