Pizza Hut India — about redemption of vouchers

I have visited pizza hut outlet at rajkot 150ft ring road location on 27/04/2019.
I have used only one voucher but as per store manager's review and record only one voucher of rs. 500 redeemed but as per sbi card's interaction i have used two vouchers of rs. 500. Kindly do needful asap. Details of vouchers as under.

Out of this two vouchers one of the voucher has a nil balance. But as per interaction with your team u told that i have use both vouchers. It is not true. If i had used both vouchers kindly provided me transaction details.
