To whomsoever it may concern, Order id[protected] Order Date- 27 Feb 2017 Ordered Phone number- [protected] Email id- [protected]@gmail.com Order item- Magic Pan Box of 4 Veg Ordered Amount- 330.64 INR Hello there, I had ordered a pizza on 27 Feb 2017 from my mobile app. Unfortunately the store was far away from my place and the store called me and said that they wont be able to deliver the pizza in my area but they charged us the amount of 330.64 INR from my debit card. after that they told me that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days but i haven't received any of the amount as per today's date. I tried calling Pizza Hut many times but they always made excuses about the companies policy and every time i call they would extend their days for refund but still i haven't received any refund. The store says they have refunded but there is no transaction of refund shown on my bank statement. Today is 2 April 2017 and still there is no sign of refund. So either you refund my money or else i will have to take strict action towards your company. i have wasted my time as well as got mentally tortured by them.
