I have placed an order in pizza hut and paid through ICICI credit card, the money was deducted but order was not placed....

Hello sir,
I order form pizza hut hub in Goa porvorim. They delivered only half of the order placed by me. They didn't order a Sunday cup and Pepsi. After contacting them they are telling me to reorder some other item so that they'll delivery my previous order. So now I have to again spend my money just to recieve my previous order. What kind of solution is this. Is this how you function?

However, despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to place an order through the app, and have received error...

They put mayo instead of cheese. Third time this has happened....

I book a order from you application but the order dis bit done but the amount debited yo my account.
So I asked your pizza hut manager(ranipu mode, haridwar, uttrakhand)so he asked to do order again and the previous amount is credited with in 3-4 working days. I order it on sunday i.e, 5th feb 2023 but the amont did not refund.

Today there was a scheme on pizza hut regarding a free Margherita pizza on orders above 198.My order was above this value and was eligible for the offer.Yet they didn't give it.
I would like to request you to address this situation.

- I was trying to order the pizza from pizza hut app. I added the pizzas to the card, proceed to the payment step using UPI method (Paytm), the money was deducted from the bank but when i returned to pizza hut app order was not placed and the cart was empty....

We ordered pizzas and cheese dip.
Cheese dip was not delivered. The delivery boy said he will deliver it next time called up customer care and they said pizza hut civil lines, prayagraj will call back but no-one even bothered to call. Very upset with the service as pizza hut is an international brand. One of my fav brands but I guess it is deteorating. I think franchises are giving a bad name to the brand. Hope this will not be overlooked....

I placed an order on 27 Jan 2023, at 1:56 PM, through the Pizza hut app... During the payment through upi, the amount was deducted, but, when I got back to the pizza hut app, the order was not placed...

I contacted the customer care but, they said the amount will get refunded in nearly 72 working hours... but it has been a lot more time than that......

We placed an order through the Pizza Hut Delivery App on Saturday 28th January 2023 for which the amount was transferred but the order wasn't placed. So we called the store and placed the same order again and paid for it once more when the order was delivered. We paid through UPI. It was assured by the store that we would receive the refund for the initially paid amount within 2-4 working days but so far, we haven't received it....

Money is debited from account but order not yet placed.i need of immediate refund of money...

On 26 january 2022 9:21 pm i ordered a cheese garlic bread and italian pepperoni and onion through swiggy. I should have received 4 pieces of garlic bread but instead recieved only 2.
ill like a refund of my garlic bread or atleast the 80rs (for 2 garlic bread)

On 24/09/2022, I ordered 2 personal sized pizzas from Pizza Hut. I had to get the delivery done, but due to a mistake, I made the takeaway order, then, I quickly called that Pizza Hut outlet and asked if this order would be delivered to my home. But I am surprised, I got such rubbish pizza from pizza hut, which was not cooked at all, so that no one can eat, I have also uploaded the photo
