[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — bad pizza, even worse customer service | |||||
I had the worst experience with pizza hut tonight, firstly the order was sent to the wrong address which delayed the order by 20 minutes, then the delivery boy did not have card machine which was requested by me while i was placing the order. Thirdly the pizzas were just pathetic! The veggies were all burned and it felt like having cheese on bread! Was this information helpful? | |||||

We placed the order again second time and had to pay the amount again. This time my colleague used his HDFC credit card. I have not received refund of amount debited from my SBI credit card as the first order was never delivered.
