Pizza Hut India — beverages | |
Hello, I have been ordering home delivery services from pizza hut. From last two times i face a problem where they don't provide the beverages, instead they tell you to remove the amount and pay for the balance bill, which is fair. But the second time we had ordered a "meal for 4" hence the amount of the beverages were not included in the bill. The meal costed around 733 including taxes and the delivery boy asked us what will be the cost for the two beverages, we told them that online (Pizza hut app) the cost is approx 50 rs each. To which he said to deduct 100rs. I would just like to suggest here i[censored] plz include the individual billing amount in your bill's to avoid such confusion, so that we as customers also pay the exact amount and not more or less. We do enjoy eating from pizza hut hence don't want any confusions regarding the billing. Also, plz suggest what should be done in such cases if the delivery is not complete or missing?? Despite order been placed and follow up done, the order not delivered . I have made follow up after 1 hour but no response
