Pizza Hut India — coupon code consumed by misleading customer | |||||
Hi, I was provided a pizza hut voucher from my company as a appreciation. I was at the outlet to consume it and the pizza hut staff told me that the coupon is not yet active and they are getting an error 'not yet registered'. She also wrote the coupon code with other coupon codes. I guess they write it make sure it is not used again or for some official purpose. I wrote mail to the voucher provider and asked them to check the coupon. They replied by saying that voucher is active and i can redeem it at the store. I went to the store again to redeem it and it showed new error now 'no balance'. I mailed voucher providers again with the issue. I got a reply from them that the coupon code has been consumed on feb-23, 11:15 am. I always went to the outlet in evening time. So for the first time when i went to redeem it, staff member wrote down the coupon code and showed me the error. Then they used the coupon. I have the store details and date-time of when the voucher was consumed from voucher provider. So, this is a new scheme used by pizza hut people to cheat their customers. However it was a card payment through axis bank. so the amount got for 833/. Need a refund.
