Pizza Hut India — Deducted money but showed transaction failed. no money returned | |||||
I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut app using paytm payment gateway on may 5th 2016. I did payment via net banking where the whole transaction was successful and my amount of rs. 581.06 got deducted from the bank. However, the order did not get placed. And now, all i can see in my paytm wallet passbook are those transactions being successful. So, should i consider that i've fallen prey to the fraud being done from pizza hut? Since i have neither received any response either from pizza hut or my bank even after 8 days of the failed transaction made. Please let me know if the failed transaction or rs. 581 is going to be refunded or not. Also, i would like to bring this to note that apps like pizza hut india are not worthy of having payment gateways. I've gone through their reviews where almost 90% users have written about the same issues. Such apps should be banned by paytm, if you are really serious about your customers. Pizza Hut — Excess charging of service tax
The company is charging service tax on total food bill amount instead of on the service charge amount. On asking the manager he confirmed it is there norm all over India. The photo of bill attached.
not putting any extra cheese even after charging for the same
I ordered for 6 pizzas with ref no. 69C0031605 on 28 march 2014 . The order was 6 pizzas with extra cheese for which you charged 360/- extra but there was no cheese in all 6 pizzas. This type of service is harming your reputation only.order not delivered after 50 mins

Pizza Hut — Not received the order
This sucks I am waiting for almost 2.5 hours yet not received the order. Even after calling customer service person he gave evasive response. Just uncooperative. Worst service.
