Pizza Hut India — despite late delivery rude behavior of manager, not agree to even universal rules and regulations of company. | |||
On 27th oct i'd ordered 2 medium pan pizzas at 7:30pm. As company policy it didn't arrived at my home at 8 but at 8:35. I asked them for free of cost as policy they denied and promised for complimentary pizza, next when i ordered telling the previous problem they sent a complimentary pizza but 45 min late again. Again i asked for the policy of discount of 300 and to pay rest amount, the manager naming akash of store sector 10 a behaved too rudely saying ma'am you do whatever you want to do i don't care and return our pizzas back. Pizza hut is degrading it's services and simultaneously increasing number of dissatisfied customers. Worst experience ever. Please take possible action against the case.
