Pizza Hut India — Money debit but order not placed nor refund the money | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a Pizza on 21st October 2016 Via TATA SBI credit card online with the JP nagar store. My money Rs 2090.68 got deducted from my account but I did not get the order Id or any details(SMS or mail). when I contacted bank customer care team they said contact pizza hut customer care, Pizza hut team says no order is placed and contact bank only and pizza Hut not ready to place any complain. I called so may time but no response and no idea where is my money. Bank mentioned they pizza hut (Yum restaurant already claim the money) and so transaction was authorized. How come you people claim the money without order id and amount matching? Kindly refund the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
