Pizza Hut India — Money is deducted but order is not confirmed/placed | |||||
I had ordered on 1nd December 2016 via Pizza hut app. I payed Rs. 968.12 through my SBI Credit Card and the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account but after payment completion i found unsuccessful error message on my website screen and then no order placed for pizza hut. Immediately i contacted SBI Card Customer care but they replied that payment has been done to Pizza hut please contact to Pizza hut. Then I spoke to Pizza hut customer care and they said the order is not valid due to payment not received. They said, If the amount is deducted from your card, it would refund back to your account with in 2 working days.
