Pizza Hut India — order cancelled but amount not refunded | |||||
I placed two order on 5-oct-2018 with pizza hut. The details of orders are :- Order number - 3389267 Amount :- inr 541.00 Order number - 3389431 Amount :- inr 541.00 For both the orders the amount was deducted from my amazon pay wallet and soon after the order was cancelled by pizza hut saying they were not able to confirm the order to the store. I waited for 2-3 days to received the refund but did not get any. Since then, i have called customer care at[protected] multiple times to inquire about my refund of inr 1082 (For both the cancelled orders) but every time i am being told that the amount will be refunded in 2-4 days. It is more than 15 days already and i am yet to receive my money back. I do not understand if they can deduct money immediately before even knowing if they can deliver the order or not, what is holding them from refunding the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Inv no 20q[protected] had been delivered without organo and as chicken wings was not take away they had packed it and laterly when I asked them to serve the service was not good and the mentioned article was not hot
