[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — order got failed due to technical issue by pizza hut and yet no refund was made | |||
Hi, i tried to order one pizza (Tandoori paneer) on aug 4th, 2017 with a total bill amount of 271/- from pizza hut mobile application but after payment has been made i got the mail from pizza hut about non-confirmation of order. According to pizza hut the money is supposed to be refunded in my bank account which never happened. Kindly escalate the matter to concerned authority and get my money back. Please ask me for any other additional details. For reference, i've attached the screenshot of vishu.
