Pizza Hut India — Order has been cancelled and amount not refunded back to my account

I have placed a order of Rs 415.00 on 10th Sept'16 at around 8:40 PM and later i received a call from the R.T. Nagar store from Bengalore, Karnataka stating their inability to deliver to my location and the amount will be refunded back to my account within 10 working days. Its been more than that and no update from them and whenever i call them, they simply putmy call onhold and no proper response. Please look into it.

Still i didn't received any feedback on this . We will get back to you shortly. Your feedback ID is 42865. The pizza i received is the burn one but didn't got any feedback on the same. Still waiting but didn't know why the same is not received.

On 28/09/2016 i ordered pizza from pizza hut's website and made the payment via Payzapp app using M-VISA. Money got deducted from my account but order was not placed, then i talked to their customer care they told me that the money will be refunded but i haven't got my money back yet. Can you please process the refund at the earliest??
