Pizza Hut India — order no 2713972 cancelled after making payment thru net banking | |||
Hello, i placed online an order for 2 medium pizza and paid through internet banking and it is confirmed by your mail from "team razorpay" and payment id: pay_9k4ss9w00tizzb for rs. 572.26. This order is booked thru our mobile. Immediately after making payment, i got a sms with message that "your order 2713972 is cancelled. Would you like to order some thing else? www.pizzahut.co.in." Not able to understand why it is happened and when calling to customer care, they listen for 2 minutes and after that saying they are not hearing, disconnected the call. It is happened twice to us.
