I placed an order on 3rd June through Pizza Hut App. 20 minutes later, received a call from local Pizza Hut outlet that no rider is available and hence the order can’t be delivered. The person promised that a refund will be issued within 24 hours. However it’s almost a month and I don’t have the refund yet, even after repeated calls.
I started calling Pizza Hut Customer Care number[protected] after one week. Each time they asked me to wait saying the refund is being processed.
After 2 weeks of chasing they gave me local outlet phone number to follow up. The gentleman Mr Kantha informed me it’s some system issue and he will reprocess the payment.
The current situation is that the local outlet person Mr Kantha is purposely not picking up my phone calls, neither responding to my messages.
Calling customer care number does not help. They keep saying someone will call back but no one really calls.
It’s pathetic customer service and customer care representatives have no clue - rather than providing a solution they keep repeating same thing like automated robot.
I am really helpless and hence raising the issue here, hoping for a resolution and refund back. Was this information helpful? |
