I'm very much disappointed with the fact that such a brand are charging undue amount from the customer. Why I'have being charged more 10% service charges over and above 18% GST, at PIZZAHUT-DONAPLANET GS ROAD GHY ASSAM on 15th August, 2017.
According to the new GST system customers should be charged only at 9% of SGST and 9% of Cgst on their total bill amount.
I'm quite sure that I'm being deceived by this outlet because...

On the bill amount I have been charged
SGST @9% and CGST @9% = Total @18%
The slabs for GST are: NIL, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%
Where is the 9% GST, Also the tax is as GST and not as CGST & SGCT
The restaurant seems to fall in the 5% GST Category. It is requested to explain the 9% + 9% (18%) and also refund me the balance amount (13%) at the earliest failing which the matter may have to be referred...

I booked one pizza online and make the payment through netbanking on 25th june 2017 for which i dint get any order id. But got a conformation from my sbi bank that the money has been transacted this is msg (Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabnrmwb3 for rs.259.08 on 25-jun-17 20:53) when i called to pizza hut for inquire they told me that they did not received any order for me. They asked me to wait...

I had an E-Gift Card of Value 300 INR. On 27th August I been to BTM Layout Pizza Hut Restaurant and I presented my card and they took my card number and said placed order then they said the card is out of balance and charged me with 300 Rs in Cash. Later when I contacted your Facebook page I got to know it was redeemed at same date as below response from your Facebook team.

On 2nd of January I ordered a Pizzas of value INR 470.00 on online but due to faulty website flow the website thrown an error page saying order not been confirmed. I immediately call them and made an inquiry about the flaw. The person said that you will receive the payment withing 21 days. As of now i don't received any payment. I bought gift vouchers from PIZZA HUT. BUT this is the worst ever company i have ever experienced. I placed an order (Order #[protected] on the Pizza Hut website on 15th June 2025. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order due to heavy rains. I called the Pizza Hut customer care on [protected] to cancel it. The representative told me my order was cancelled and a refund will be issued after someone from the store reaches out to me. However, I never received any call from the store. I called multiple times but and they keep saying someone will call back from the store but no one really calls.

After calling customer care several times, I was connected to the store 12 days later. The store person kept insisting that refund had been issued, but I have not received any refund. I asked for an acknowledgement of refund, so that I can take the issue up with my card provider, but they did not provide any.

I waited another 7 business days and no refund has arrived. I have called several times since and the customer care representatives kept me on hold for several minutes, but could not connect me to the store. I did finally manage to receive a call from the store but they are not being helpful. They keep insisting that the refund has been provided. But I told them the card provider did not issue any refund. So they asked for my order details. I have sent it to them but haven't received a response. How can they insist that refund was provided if they don't even know the order number related to my complaint?

The repeated back-and-forth between customer care and the unresponsive store is frustrating. Pizza Hut should take responsibility for ensuring refunds are processed promptly, rather than relying on individual stores. The store seems unsure of the details of my order, despite claiming a refund has been issued.

I ordered on June 9 but due to technical issues amount was deducted from my fampay account but order was not placed. I contacted the customer care they told me refund was initiated and gave a refference number, but when I contacted my fampay customer care they said when they this refference number they are only able track my transaction towards pizzahut not there refund transaction, and they need information like transaction I'd, date and time of payment and when I called pizza hut customer care they refused to provide me the details, also they were very rude hanging up calls, how I can believe if they made refund if they don't provide me suitable proof (refference number not working)

I Rajesh kumar pandey, ON 26/5/2025 at 9:41 pm i had ordered a pizza with 1+1 offer on pizza hut app and after entering all information needed their for the confirmation of order than i chose upi pay method for payment and than i paid 298rs (which is exact amount, which was mentioned in my cart), via "phone pay"(FORM MY CONTACT NUMBER: [protected]) through pizza hut app to "pizzahut542213.[protected]@rxairtel" note: this account/upi id was shown to me by pizza hut app directly and i just click on "298" on phone pay and than i just paid the price and my money was "debited" form my account "but" than when i opened the App and open "my order" section on pizza hut app than i didn't saw any confirmation of order placed from pizza hut! and i even refresh the app but still i didn't recieved any bill "or" any confirmation of order And "i didn't even recieved my ordered pizza also" kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible . and refund my money or plz deliver the pizza i ordered on my address(for more details kindly first call on : [protected] or [protected]) thank you ! also i had attached the proof of payment to pizza hut

I have placed an order on pizza hut on 22nd may 2025. the payment was done through my UPI id and later it showed processing your payment few minutes later it showed your payment couldn't be processed and then my order didn't get placed also . now my money is stuck .the amount is 756 rupees. I tried calling the customer care number but they are not picking up.

I am writing to request an update regarding a refund for an order I placed on 5th May 2025, which was unfortunately cancelled by the store. The payment for the order was made via UPI worth Rs.433 at the time of placing the order.

Upon contacting your customer care team earlier, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7 working days. However, as of today, it has been more than 7 working days (excluding weekends), and I have not yet received the refund.

They receive the order but consistently fail to deliver on time.
I placed my order at 3 PM, and after confirming it, they called to inform me that they didn't have a rider available, so the delivery would be delayed until 6 PM.
This isn’t the first time—it’s become a recurring issue.
This needs to be addressed and strict action should be taken to ensure timely deliveries.

I ordered 2 pizzas and made payment of Rs. 324.45 and got it deducted from my bank account, but I have not received confirmation on my email or mobile.

Every time they say is they are looking into the matter and will resolve it. But it has been more than 2 month and still it is not resolve...

I have ordered (order no[protected] pizzas on 26 th feb 2025 on pizzahut website. Order amount was 540 INR. The order was not delivered and subsequently came to know from pizzahut customer support that the store cancelled the order.

Despite of following up with them many times and follow up the amount 540 INR is not refunded.

It takes an hour to reach them on phone and to emails they are not responding.
It is highly frustrating and request you to to take my complaint and help recover the amount.

I order two pastas from pizza hut and it's been more than 2 hours but my order has not been delivered. I am not even able to connect to the restaurant and delivery partner as their numbers are unreachable. Its showing 7 mins delay and the restaurant has yet to confirm the order even though the food was prepared and packed. I called pizza hut as well but they said you should contact ola customer support but there is no way to reach out to them for this on app. I am very disappointed with both ola and pizza hut

I have placed a order for pizza on 3rd jan 2025 with order no 10060712 worth rs.517, the order was cancelled from store end and tilldate the refund is not provided inspite of multiple reminders to call centre and thru facebook .

Every time they say is they are looking into the matter and will resolve it . But it has been more than a month ans still it is not resolve.

We not get the pizza even though we pay through gpay.
