This order failed due to app's issue, 61.46 was deducted and after contacting pizza hut's customer care, I was told that the money will be refunded in 48 hours. It has already been 3 days and I have not received my money.

    I have ordered Pizza at 10.11 P.M from Pizza Hut through Swiggy in Pune and didn't receive the pizza after 4 long hours too and they keep on saying that you will shortly get your order but i was unable to get it from them. they also changed the timer and it had showing 11 minutes then when it came to 5 minutes remaining, they used to reset it to again 11 then later it became 18 minutes then so and it was started from 9 minutes waiting. I want to say that i ordered, they accepted if they had any issue, they could have let me know earlier or else they should have cancelled my order, but they didn't do any such instead if we would have cancelled, they would have charged us or blocked us. I want to highlight that they have harassed and kept me on fast without my will and i had to order from Zomato to fill up my tummy from whatever i got. if they would have told me earlier that the restaurant is closed and please cancel the order i would have tried some other options. but they asked me to cancel when many normal hotels were closed. I find this has been done on a purpose to harass me by the employee of Swiggy or by the employee of Pizza Hut. I want a severe action against them as they harassed me and kept me waiting and kept me on fast without my wish. My order No.#[protected] dated[protected] at 10.11 P.M not got delivered and they kept me waiting till i exhausted my options. I have other screen shots of the same.
    Request your kind support for immediate action against these people who do it purposely for their entertainment and the company gets blamed. If no action is still taken on them, i will file a court case too and mention that i haven't got the support from the consumer forum also if i didn't get the responses and action against them soon.

        His regards a bulk co-operate order given by me for my team member dated 21/01/2024 time 14.14.On the day of order I have clearly told to share the invoice copy on email but the team at the Andheri east store have not done the same.
        They have provided me the hard copy, But due to my travel plan abroad on official trip could not claim the amount for the order, Since I am back to the country the invoice copy is faded and is not visible, Due to this the claim has been rejected. Several visit to Andheri Easy out asking for duplicate copy. The team at the store is unable to do so.

        They have provided me the Area Manger Number and Name Akshay connecting to him several time he is unable to help me out for the same.

        Giving a reason that our system has been updated and facing an error and data has vanish and we could not help for it.

        Just don't understand getting a simple invoice copy is such huge pain for the team. Which spoiling the entire image of the brand in the Market.

        Seek a help to get this resolve. Please find the details of invoice for your reference. Along with Chat screen with team member.

          I ahd placed an order on their website on 12th May 2024. However the outlet to deliver was a far away one. So me over a conference call with the store and their customer care mutually agreed to have the order cancelled. The store manager (Mr. ARMUGAM) assured me that the full amount will be refunded to me in 4 working days.
          Today 29th May it's still not done. When I call customer care they ask me to call the store. The store manager doesn't answer the calls any more. And my money is gone. I have been cheated. Please help

            On 18th May, I paid amount two times and they said payment failed one time. but my amount was debited 2 times. Even I complained many times but they just said I talked to technical team and they will call you. Also I am going to consumer care because of nobody resolve this issue. I have the evidence and both receipt

              Had a horrible experience with Pizza Hut delivery. On 16th May 2024 at 8.21pm I had ordered from your Sasane Nagar store. It took more time than usual to get the order to the Waiting for Delivery status. Ideally the order should be delivered within 30 mins but I have waited almost an hour but there was no update on your app and no phone call from the store.

              I tried calling the store but was not able to connect and getting a response that person you are calling cannot answer your call. After waiting for more than an hour at 9.25pm I went to the store to check on my order. When I reached at the store, I was shocked to see my order was still at the store.

              When I enquired about my order to the store manager, he said that the delivery partner went to deliver the order but was not able to find my address. This was another shock to me because I live in Swapnalok Society which is famous society in Kale Padal and the delivery partner stated that he was not able to find my address.

              Then I asked store manager why the delivery partner did not call me when he was not able to find my address. Store Manager said that he will check with the delivery partner once he is back to the store. Then I asked him if he was not able to find my address and he came back to the store with the delivery why you did not call me and said that we are unable to locate you and cancelling your order. The answer I got from the store manager is that there was rush.

              Anothe shock is that when I was at the store only two customers were sitting in the store and there was no rush. I doubt that any delivery partner was sent to deliver my order.

              This is a horrible experience I had gone through and was not expecting this from a famous food chain restaurant. I have decided not to order anything in future from Pizza Hut. You have lost a customer permanently.

              I have few screenshots which will let you know when the order was placed. One screenshot I had taken was at 11.08pm which shows the app was showing that my order is out for delivery. As I had explained earlier that I went to the store at 9.25pm and collected my order then and there.

              The app experience is also horrible. When I tried "Call Hut" option available on the order tracking page not a single time I was able to connect to the store. I have shown this to the store manager and asked that if someone tries to check for his/her delivery and was not able to connect to the store how he/she will get to know where his/her order is and how much more time do they need to wait. He was quite on that. Another shock.

              Anyways that was my story. Hope store manage will get a good message from your side.

                This is my official complaint to pizza hut, i have been chasing your customer care support for the refund but I am getting no resolutions.

                I ordered an pizza 10 days back on 24th Arpil 2024 due to some technical issue at pizza hut’ end my 462 rs was stuck.
                I re ordered but i didnt got my 462 rs refund this has happened to me twice now.

                I am chasing pizza hut from last 10 days still i am unable to get the refund
                Please treat this as a warning if I don’t get my my refund in next two days then I will raise a official complaint in consumer court

                    I had ordered pizza hut app and after waiting for 1 hour recieved a call from them saying they aren't able to deliver and have cancelled the ordered .. It's 11 April today and all this happened on 4th of April and it's been 7 days and I haven't received the refund amount of 710 ..Tried contacting them but no response...didn't expect this from pizza hut ...

                      I had been to pizza hut bangalore park square mall, on 22march2024 7:30pm.

                      ordered for about 1001.85 INR, we waited for almost 2 hour. (order number : [protected])
                      the person is focusing on online orders delivery etc and not on dine in people.

                      after an hour he is coming old dry pizza, not what we ordered and saying only this is there.

                      what a worst experience with pizza hut i faced.
                      we spend hard earned money and this is what the service and products they give.

                      i have all photos for what i got and details of bill.
                      i need immediate feedback and compensation on this issue.

                      Please kindly let me know what steps to follow and i am ready to file consumer complaint.

                        I have order two pizzas with the cost of 617/- n Pizzahut (Marina Mall outlet, Egattur, Chennai) on 12th March. I have gave my Pizza hut voucher 500/- to redeem and after paid 117/- extra amount with my credit card. They took order and asking wait we will serve in 10 min. After 5 min they came and voucher is not accepting and my credit card amount will refund in 24hrs but as of now no refund and when I try to redeem the voucher in online it is not working now.
                        Note : They took my voucher code and phno as well for refund but it seems they cheated and no response when I connect with outlet manager.

                        It is very worst experience with this outlet and they are cheating customers.

                            I have placed the order at 2:13 where estimated delivery time was 2:43 and when i get connected to store by their customer service team, store said they received the order to prepare at 2:43. And then they modified estimated time to 2:57 and delivered the pizza to me at 3:30. So it took for them to deliver they pizza of about more than 1hour

                                Myself Dr.Ritesh Motghare ordered food from Zomato from pizza hut order id [protected] by 8:20pm 14/02/24 and time for delivery was 40min.
                                My kids were hungry I asked them not to eat as I have ordered pizza, French fries and garlic bread for them
                                After several calls to Pizza Hut they were rude in talking and were giving false commitment.
                                Finally order was delivered by 9:50pm 14/02/24. ( 1hr 30min late)
                                After opening packet there was cockroach in the packet and booked pizza french fries and garlic bread but didn't give French fries and breadsticks was provided.
                                Thank god kids didn't had that otherwise they would fall sick.
                                This type of service was not accepted from Pizza Hut.
                                I will surely lodge complaint against you in consumer court

                                  We are astounded to learn that a reputed brand like Pizza Hut is maintaining hooliganism and unruly store management to degrade reputable consumers.
                                  We were invited by the ignorant & rowdy store manager (Shankar) to replace our unpleasant dine-in experience just to get abused, humiliated & terrorized. He even attempted to attack us for demanding our rights without any fear & gender consideration.
                                  We had travelled from a distant locality to attend the invitation that the hooligan Shankar turned into a nightmare, raising a big question on the standard your brand is retaining to preserve consumer rights. The manager was drunk while on duty and surpassed all the boundaries o[censored]nprofessionalism to disregard us.
                                  Who has given you the mandate to offend & humiliate customers?

                                  The big question arises here on the benchmark your brand encompasses to preserve the customer orientation standard of your management. Are they qualified enough to manage?

                                  The entire incident was recorded on the phone & shall be produced before the consumer court to initiate legal action against the store management & its affiliates unless the matter is thoroughly investigated, and addressed & stern action is taken against the unruly manager besides a written public apology is issued.

                                      Sbi gift voucher unable to be used

                                      Being SBI credit card holder, I am issued PIZZA HUT GIFT VOUCHER for Rs.500 each (4 nos.) which I am unable to get it used at pizza hut outlets due to the fact that I don't consume pizza items or my family members too.

                                      I would like to order for DESERTS (ICE CREAMS) which I am also not getting from any of the outlets.

                                      Request please resolve my problem.

                                      With reference to the above order i had placed the order at 20.15hrs and the same was not delivered till 20.46. When I called the customer care the concerned person said he will arrange call back. As there was no call till 21.15 hrs again i called they said they will connect to the concern store and he confirmed that the store is closed and customer care has to cancel the order . Again I called the customer care and spoke to Mr Pradeep and says the amount will be credited to me within ten days . I asked him why it should take 10days when there is no store and you have taken the money from me . He was going on repeating the same and i abused him and immediately he disconnected the line . I am not sure what will happen to my money . If I am not receiving any compensation and reply with in 72 hours from your end i will go to consumer court and get proper justice.
