[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Refund not done, payment successful but order not placed in pizza hut app

Hi Team,

Please note I ordered pizzas through Pizzahut App on 1st July 2025 and the bill amount was 1664.26 which was deducted from my Gpay account but the order was not placed in the app.
I called the customer care and they said a complaint will be logged from our side on your behalf and amount be refunded but its been 10 days amount is not refunded.
Even after repeated reminder mails and calls with the proof of transaction, I am not recieving any reponse from the pizza hut on the refund status.
I want the amount to be refunded at the earliest.

its been 7 days from the date of complaint, it still not resolved. Help me in refunding the amount .pizza hut customer care people are not responding to the calls and mails. very irresponsible and disappointing.
