[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — ordered pizza online and made payment via paytm my money has been deducted but no order had placed and neither my money refunded | |||||
I have ordered pizza through online website on 21-sep-2018. I have done payment through paytm. My money has been deducted but i didn't get any confirmation from pizza hut regarding order. I called pizza hut outlet but they told me that no order has been placed with this mobile no. But paytm sent me msg of confirmation of payment and also they provide me reference no. I made complaint two times on pizza hut site but nobody responding on my mail. My 572 rs has been deducted but they don't care about this. I have attached below paytm order reference no.
