Order No 11009133 placed at 2;46 pm on[protected] at Bengaluru through the pizzahut online website for Triple treat Veg combo with specific instruction to not put Mushroom in the Pizza. Delivery completed at 3:46 pm on account of outsourced delivery service ( Zomato ) who called me at 3:15 pm to check on location as wrong location ( Kaggadaspura ) has been given to them. After I sent correct location on the messenger whatsapp number, the person came by 3:46 pm and received Stone cold soggy Pizzas with mushrooms in the Pizza to boot. Also no bill was provided only the attached delivery receipt Your customer complaint through call center is useless . They keep on parroting the same line that the store would call and check with you . Was this information helpful? | |||
