[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — poor service at necklace road, hyderabad | |||
We had visited the pizza hut outlet at eat street, necklace road, hyderabad. The person at the order counter was very incompetent and could not take proper order. He said there is no choice to change the toppings on a pizza and wouldn't agree to anything we asked. We ended up ordering something that he suggested rather than what we wanted. It was written there that ketchup is chargeable but he did not even ask us if we wanted the ketchup and just added it in the bill and charged us for ketchup which we were forced to take, though we don't eat it.
