[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — refund issue against online order #10263867 placed on 24.06.2020 | |
I, akhil narula, reside in kendriya vihar - 2, sector-82 noida. I had placed an order through pizzahut online on 24.06.2020 (Order reference #[protected] and made the payment of rs 734/- through paytm, but it was not delivered since the nearest outlet in sector 110 market closed by the time order was forwarded to them through online. I immediately contacted the outlet and they confirmed that they have not received any such order. I shared the screenshot (Attached with the complaint) of the order as well to them. I was told that this order was not received and that the amount will be refunded within 1-2 days time. But i have not received the refund till today. Request the concerns to look into and arrange for the refund of rs 734/- immediately. I am trying to log an online complaint on pizzahut site but the site is showing error. Jun 28, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The bill amount was refunded since the order was not passed on to the nearest outlet. But there should have be an intimation on the refund which was not provided. Nevertheless, issue has been resolved.
