[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — refund not received after 25 days | |||||
I ordered pizza on 29 oct'17, made the payment via paytm and cancelled that within 5 mins. (And then ordered another pizza for cod). When called the pizaahut, they said, i'll get the refund in 5-10 working days — i waited for that but didn't get the refund. And again called number of times after that — every time i call, i have to tell the whole story again as they don't even make history of the calls they get. Then i finally someone said from customer care, it will be done by the store manager, customer care can't do anything for this. Then i started the same process by calling store manager — he said it will be done in 7 days and its been 7 days nothing has been done. Now store manager says, he can't do anything — accounts team will do and i don't have any contact info to contact accounts team. My order number that got canceled is 9336615. Seriously — this is the service that pizza hut give to the customers — Was this information helpful? | |||||
