Pizza Hut India — Transaction went through but order failed yet to get refund | |||||
I have been given run round for the past 3.5 months for the transaction happened on 5th Nov 2016. Same day when the amount got deducted & the order failed i contacted the customer care they informed i would get the amount back by 45 days. But nothing happened now that i'm calling pizza hut they are just not willing to do anything on this.I'm sick off waiting for the call back which never happens, incorrect information & don't care attitude of your agents. I'm not able to dispute this amount through bank as the transaction is beyond 45 days. Citi bank as confirmed my money is transferred to Pizza Hut.
