Pizza Hut India — Unable to deliver pizza and bill after payment already done. | |||||
Dear Member, On 15 Dec 2016 I ordered pizza from pizza hut online booking site and payment was made through PAYTM Rs 512.13. After that order was placed online and we were waited for 2 hours pizza did not came after man follow up and calls one of local pizza hut centre called me and asked my address details and then they took 1 hour to get pizza delivered. When delivery boy came with pizza at our door steps pizza was cold and then we asked for bill for that order he refused to give bill. We return pizza as it was not having bill and it was cold. 1.After that we called many times logged complaint online/offline twitter also 2.Few days later someone called from Pizza Hut and asking for detail what happened on that day we gave all information then they give assurance that they will refund money within 12 working days now its more than that 3.Still till date no refund came and no one called us. This side Divya Sharma and i belong to noida recently I placed an order and i was charged three times requesting you to please refund me back my money ASAP.
The order was placed on 6th of January, 2017.
