Pizza Hut — Order Failed & Amount Debited - No communication from Pizzahut | |||
I ordered a delivery from PizzaHut in Thane (W), Mumbai. Once the payment was made online and money debited from my account the order failed on pizzahut homepage. After that i was expecting a call from Pizzahut but no one called or no mail or sms from them. When i called the customer care they diverted me to a department to solve the issue, where the customer care said that i will get my refund within next 21 days and i will get a call from the thane outlet in next 5 mins. No one called in 5 mins and its been 24hrs still no one called. Now i don't understand why it takes 21 days to refund an amount as small as Rs. 220/-. When such issues happen with Dominos they refund in 7 working days, then why pizzahut keeps our money for so long. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
